As many of you may remember, at the beginning of this year, I kept getting an overwhelming feeling that the Philadelphia Eagles were going to win the Super-bowl, and I sensed that it would be a prophetic sign of some sort to the body of Christ. I don’t typically see football games as a prophetic sign, but this time it was different. Mind you, I don’t really follow football at all, especially not the NFL, and honestly I had no idea the Eagles were headed towards the Championship until someone mentioned it. I immediately began to have a feeling that they were going to win. I may have second guessed myself when I found out they would be playing against arguably the best team in the NFL, the New England Patriots! I may have second guessed myself again, when a friend mentioned that it would be hard for them to win, since their main quarter-back had been injured just weeks before the game. “Well”, I said, “I don’t know anything about that…but I still have a strange feeling they’re going to win, and it will be a sign.”
As we all know, the Eagles did win…after much waiting and many, many years of trying, with almost no one giving them a chance against the infamous Patriots, they won! I began to ask the Lord, what does this mean? I know this is a prophetic sign, but what does it mean? As I’ve prayed about it the last few days, here is what I have received: First, as many others, I kept hearing the verse from Isaiah 40:31 - “But those who wait on the Lord, will renew their strength;They will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not be weary, they will walk and not faint.”
The Eagles are representing two things ~ 1) His true Prophets & Seers, who have been waiting for the Lord to take them to that higher place in Him, and seeking for His purpose to be fulfilled in their life, and 2) His true Bride, His remnant, who have been waiting on the Lord, and seeking Him to know all He has called them to do and be in the Kingdom.
EAGLE PROPHETS & SEERS – “SOARING EAGLES”
First, let me share what I sensed the Eagles winning means, and what the Lord has given me about the “Soaring Eagles”, who are His true Prophets & Seers…
Many times, spiritually speaking, eagles represent the prophetic, or more specifically God’s Prophets. Prophets see from a different perspective, and have an “eagle-eye” when it comes to spiritual things, and the things that cannot be seen by the normal eye.
The Lord is raising up His true prophets in this hour, His “Eagle-Eye Prophets”! Their eyesight has been fine-tuned and adjusted to be able to see what the Lord is doing and saying with laser precision in this time.
The Lord would say ~ “Just as the Philadelphia Eagles rose to take preeminence in their field, seemingly out of no-where, so will My true prophets rise to take their place in this hour, and it will be unexpected by many in My body. These are the ones who have waited on Me, and kept their ear to My throne to hear what I was truly saying and doing, not simply what others assumed I was. Many have thought they knew My heart and My intentions, but they did not, nor do they understand what I do. You, My Eagles, have understood the vastness of who I AM, and the great paradigm of all that I do. When I have spoken to you about things that were outside of your realm of understanding, you did not question Me, nor did you attempt to put Me inside of your understanding, but you simply took what I said for truth, and changed your own perspective of who I AM.
The enemy has fought you hard, especially in this last season, as he did not want to see these “Eagle Prophets & Seers” come fully into their position in My Kingdom. He knows that you will expose many things in the kingdom of darkness, as you will use your laser-like sight to see what he is planning. Many of his plans will be thwarted and routed out because of what you will see and declare.
You, My Eagles, have been through your “molting” season, where everything that you have been is shed off, and you literally thought you were dying at times…but all of it was of Me, and it was to prepare you to fly higher than you ever have! It is your time to SOAR to new heights, as the breath of My Spirit sweeps under your wings, to under gird you and take you higher than ever before. You will SOAR high above the storms that are coming, and you will not be affected by the intense storms as you were in this past season.
You, My Eagles, have been honing your skills while in your molting season in the wilderness, while you were shut away with Me. You are coming out like arrows from My quiver, and will be shot forth from My bow into the high places. (Vision/Similitude: I saw eagles being shot out of a bow like an arrow, but they were like a fiery arrow, with fire on the tips of their wings and on their beaks). You will be used as My fiery arrows, to pierce through the darkness of the enemy, and your fire will bring light to that which is being done in darkness. You will soar above the storms crafted by the enemy, and will begin to expose what the enemy is doing on this higher level. You will send back Intel from the high places, to the ground troops that I, the Lord, have called forth for this time. Isaiah 49:2 - "And He has made My mouth like a sharp sword; In the shadow of His hand He has hidden Me, And made Me a polished shaft; In His quiver He has hidden Me.”
There will be strategies from On High that will be released because of My Eagles, that have not been known before this time. Strategies that will expose high level plans, crafted by the evil one to do much harm, and bring much destruction…BUT My Soaring Eagles will fly, and when the enemy tries to raise up against them, the breath of My Spirit will raise a standard and they will be raised up with His wind. They will no longer be okay to scrounge around on the ground with the chickens, for they were born to fly higher, and go further than others around them. You, My Soaring Eagles will be given laser-like vision, to be able to see what is happening from these high places, even to the ground level. You will be able to see the small, seemingly minute details that others have missed, and because of this, you will prove highly effective in routing out the enemy’s subtle plans and schemes. My Kingdom will advance greatly in the coming days, and you, My Soaring Eagles, will play a key part in the advancement of My Kingdom in many nations, and on the whole earth! Isaiah 59:19 - "So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood,The Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him." It is My time to show Myself strong on behalf of My beloved fiery ones…those who have given themselves to Me, who have given everything for Me. You have been tested and tested again, My Soaring Eagles, and you have been proven ready for flight! Ready to soar to the higher places, and ready to do all that I have declared for you to do. You have been born for such a time as this in My Kingdom, and I have been preparing you all of your life for the assignment you are getting ready to do. The enemy has known that you were being prepared & almost ready for your releasing, and He has been fighting with all of his might to keep you from coming into this place…but He cannot win, for your trust is in Me and Me alone, as I AM the one who called you by name, and you are Mine!
You will move at My command, as stealth fighters in My army, and you will not be overcome! Just as the stealth fighters in the earth which are led by man’s armies, so I will have My stealth fighters…and they will be known as My Soaring Eagles. Rise Up, My mighty ones…for you have been through much intensive training, which is why there were so many tests in the months and years past, but they were necessary for your training to be complete. Now is your time, My Eagle Prophets and Seers, time for all that has been prophesied about you to come to past. It is the time of Your revealing! Even this month I will be shooting many of you forth from My bow, and into the assignment that I have called you to from before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Stand by, ready your supplies…My stealth fighters, My SOARING EAGLES, are about to ROAR!!
