"Return to the Lord your God, For He is gracious and merciful, Slow to anger, and of great kindness..." ~ Joel 2:13 Many, many prophets and prophetic people are hearing words of "repentance" and the need to repent in this time, including myself. I have received dozens of messages from many different believers and leaders of how they are hearing similar things regarding the season we are now in. Surely we must recognise, it is not a coincidence that all of this is happening right now in this season of Teshuvah...which is the time of repentance & returning that leads up to Yom Kippur (the Day of atonement). If you do not know about this season that we are in, you NEED to find out! Especially if you are a leader or minister in the body. This is where we are, and this is what needs to be happening right now. Repentance and returning!🙏🔄 Please, people of God...may I plead with you to hear and heed the word of the Lord that He is sending in this hour! May we all repent for our stubbornness, for our apathetic attitudes on so many things, for not taking seriously the time and season we are in. May we repent for our sins, known and unknown. May the leaders in the body of Christ repent for making merchandise of the ministry and the anointing that the Lord has bestowed upon them...for making it about money, influence, and what they can gain, instead of about souls and establishing His Kingdom, regardless of what it costs us. May they repent for their own pride and haughtiness, for building up their own "castles" and kingdoms, instead of His. May the leaders in the body of Christ recognise their compromising condition, that does not know how to stand for truth, which is only making us weaker, and not stronger as a body! We must recognise that all of this began, in a sense, on the evening of the Solar Eclipse, which began this season of Teshuvah (August 21st, less than 3 weeks ago). Many of you may remember that I did say several times on the week before the Eclipse, that it was a warning to America, and we needed to take it as such, and take this time of Teshuvah very seriously. I did not say it was a sign of judgement, but that I believed it was a warning to us, especially to those in the body of Christ, to look at this time of Teshuvah as never before, and come into a sober time of repenting and returning to the Lord in a new way. Many others were hearing this same type of warning, and were sounding the alarm during this time. I have heard it so strong, that I felt the Lord leading me to strategic places in this nation, as we have traveled over the last 3 weeks, to release a spirit of repentance in the land. I am still interceding and releasing this everywhere we go, and believing that this repentance will come in this season, in unprecedented ways, even greater than it did during the 1st and 2nd Great Awakenings! Please remember that the Lord sends His warnings out of His mercy, to help keep His people from perilous and destructive times. When the enemy has been given rights to plunder, because of open rebellion, sin, witchcraft, etc., then you can believe that he is going to take full advantage of that...and he will do it at the most opportune moment for him, and the most inopportune for us. This is not because God is ready and waiting to release His wrath, for He is merciful and longsuffering. There are rules and laws set up in the Kingdom, and even if we are ignorant of them, the enemy knows them well, and takes full advantage of them. He knows when people, cities, and even nations, have open doors that grant he and his evil forces access. This is when he is able to plunder, cause chaos and destruction. Remember, our enemy is still roaming about as a roaring lion, seeking those {people, cities, nations} that he may devour. He and his army are legalists, and will use any and all doors and access points they are allowed. I know many in the body have taken this warning seriously, and have been in a time of searching their own heart, and repenting for anything that does not line up with the Lord's purposes. I know of many others who have been in a time of repenting for their cities and regions, repenting for our nation, and the Body of Christ as a whole. May I say, from the bottom of my heart...thank you! For those who have been standing on the walls, watching, interceding, and repenting...I hear the Lord say "Well done!" 💞 Many, however, have not taken heed to these things, and even still are "kicking at the pricks", yelling that they do not need to repent, for all is covered under the blood already! Sadly, this is even believed among some leadership, who have become deceived by this errant doctrine. Some leaders refuse to believe that they are the ones that need to repent, instead believing it is for everyone else. We must pray that their eyes be opened and that they see exactly what season we are in. There are many different seasons in His Kingdom...seasons of rejoicing, seasons of peace, seasons of war, seasons of healing, seasons of trials, and seasons of much blessings. Not all times are seasons of repentance...but this Teshuvah season clearly is, more than any other before, and we must hear the word of the Lord, and harken to His cry! Let us all cry out to the Lord...Create in me a clean and pure heart, Oh God, and renew a right spirit within me! Let us pray that an intense spirit of repentance will break out, even among these leaders that are not heeding His call, and that they will humble themselves before the mighty hand of God! Show mercy, oh Lord, and draw them back to You and Your truth!
